KRISHNASHTAMI

Krishnashtami is celebrated to mark the birthday of Lord Krishna. We celebrated Krishnashtami on the 19th of August this year.  I dressed up as Gopika. The school was decorated with flowers and pots for the occasion.  I enjoyed that day so much and took many photos. My parents came and they recorded video and shared to my relatives and friends. I received good compliments from everyone. Thank you Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan, the best CBSE school in Visakhapatnam for giving me this chance.

I enjoyed being a part of  Krishnashtami celebration.  I dressed up as Radha. My sister participated in Krishna dance along with her friends. I was so excited. They danced very nicely. My friends also participated in other programs. Some of them dressed up in different attires related to Krishnashtami. Many games were conducted for parents. It was a memorable day for us. I am thankful to my school Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan, and teachers for giving me this chance.

I was in anchoring team along with my friend Jeevantika. We expressed our views on the significance of Krishnashtami. We could get a chance to learn more about Krishna’s life and how good wins over evil.  I thank Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan, the best school in Vizag and my teachers for giving me this opportunity.
